Who we are
Emerging Cosmos sells one-time personalized astrology readings. You can reach us any time at Emergingcosmos1@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, order number, and the readings you purchased. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
- Birth details — birth date, birth time (if known), birth place, and any focus notes you choose to share. These are used only to write your reading.
- Usage data — basic analytics and, where enabled, advertising events (page views, add-to-cart, checkout, purchase) used to measure our ads.
How we use it
Your birth details are sent to our AI reading service to generate your written reading and your one-of-a-kind cosmic artwork. We use your email to send your order confirmation and the private link to your finished reading. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the store: Shopify (checkout and orders), our hosting and database provider, our AI provider (reading and artwork generation), and our email provider (order and delivery emails). Where advertising pixels are enabled, event data may be shared with Meta for ad measurement.
Storage and security
Birth details and reading text are stored on our server and are not readable from the public site. Your reading is reachable only through a private, randomly generated link. Reading artwork is stored in a private bucket and served through expiring links.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your birth details and reading at any time by emailing Emergingcosmos1@gmail.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also block cookies and pixels in your browser settings.
Children
Emerging Cosmos is intended for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
