Refund Policy

If you haven't submitted your birth details yet, email us and we'll cancel the order and refund it in full.

Because each reading is written specifically for you and delivered digitally, completed readings are generally non-refundable. That said, we want you to be happy with what you receive.

If your reading is incomplete, unreadable, references the wrong chart, or the link doesn't open, email us within 14 days and we'll fix or regenerate it at no cost. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you.

Ordered the same reading twice, or bought the wrong one? Let us know before you submit your details and we'll refund or swap it.

Email Emergingcosmos1@gmail.com with your order number and what happened. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify, typically in 5–10 business days.
